FYI - the reason I have to cast a RexxObjectPtr to become a
RexxPointerObject is that there is no argument type for RexxPointerObject.
That is an invalid type for a method/function arguments or return value.
Maybe we should consider supplying that type for just this purpose.
In the GTK case I pass back a RexxPointerObject to act as an opaque
iterator object that can act as an argument to subsequent methods. This
allows an iteration over a GTK collection.
