All - VMware Server 2 became available this weekend. I am going to spend this week trying to set up a test server to try out the new version (the production build machine will remain available during this period). My hope is the the VIX API works better in this version for us than it did in the last version. If it does then I can remove the daemons that have to run in each VMware image and invoke the build from the main Linux OS through the VIX APIs to the image directly. Doing this will improve the ability of being able to run simultaneous builds.
