I just discovered there is nothing in the DOCS for the OPTIONS instruction, and it appears to have been missing since at least 3.1.2. I was going to remove the ETMODE and EXMODE options since we dropped the DBCS support, but the instruction isn't even there. Currently, the OPTIONS instruction is supported, but it's essentially a NOP because there are no options we recognize now that the DBCS ones have been removed. I suppose we should probably add docs for OPTIONS, given that it's an ANSI-compatibility item, but I find it amazing that this went missing in the first place!
