What I found is this, maybe it will help. When I first brought upt the Checkout dialog, the top edit field, the one labled URL of repository: had the following in it: svn co https://oorexx.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/oorexx/test/trunk When I clicked okay, I got a bunch of wierd errors, similar to yours, but not the exact same. I then went and pasted in just the URL: https://oorexx.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/oorexx/test/trunk and it worked fine. Looks like Tortoise SVN tries to be helpful and pre-fills the edit field. But, maybe what it puts in there is not right.
