It was Rick's idea, I never followed up on it, until now. I just created a release for the Windows tools. It has everything needed, except the C++ compiler and the Platform SDK David - you can grab the things I listed in the other post from there. (Except Visual C++ Express and the Platform SDK) The release notes have some simple directions, but really there is not much to it.
