All,

Per our discussion yesterday, I add a 4.0.0-alpha release to the
oorexx package on SourceForge. Currently it just has the Windows
32-bit and 64-bit install packages in the release.

As I see it this is rather informal, but it will also give us a chance
to decided on package naming conventions, what will go into the
release notes, etc..

In that vein, I just threw together some very short release notes and
named the 2 packages: ooRexx400-4183-64bit.exe and
ooRexx400-4183-32bit.exe. The CHANGES doc, thanks to Jean-Louis is
pretty up to date.

David, writes up some pretty good official announcements, maybe he can
do one for this. Otherwise, I'll just post something on RexxLA and
comp.lang.rexx.

I can put up a Fedora 7 32-bit rpm in a little bit. But, I still
haven't installed a 64-bit Linux. I plan on doing that next.

Any comments, questions, etc..
