Maybe you downloaded the sdl version of pdcurses ? (pdc34dlls.zip)
This one depends on SDL.dll, that could explain the problem...
If you have depends.exe (http://dependencywalker.com), try : depends
orxncurses.dll
I downloaded pdc34dll.zip.
