I tried the free trial version of xep and it seems to work ok. The same
fo file I submitted to fop processes cleanly with xep. But I have two
problems with xep.
1. It is not free. It is only a trial (expiring) version.
2. And $360!!! For an XSL to PDF generator! You have got to be kidding!
