In "rexxpg.pdf" chapter "9.12.2.4. RXCMD" documents: "Processes calls to subcommand handlers." and explains the parameter block structure. This structure also includes information related to a DLL name and indicates whether the handler is implemented instead in an EXE.
Chapter "9.13. Command Handler Interface" gives an example for a command handler which has a different signature to the RXCMD exit handler signature. Is this because there are two options available in ooRexx 4, the first for using DIRECT_EXITS and the latter for using DIRECT_ENVIRONMENTS? If so, would it be o.k. to use the DIRECT_EXITS version or is it preferable to use the DIRECT_ENVIRONMENTS one?
