In "rexxpg.pdf" chapter "9.12.2.4. RXCMD" documents: "Processes calls to 
subcommand handlers." and
explains the parameter block structure. This structure also includes 
information related to a DLL
name and indicates whether the handler is implemented instead in an EXE.

Chapter "9.13. Command Handler Interface" gives an example for a command 
handler which has a
different signature to the RXCMD exit handler signature.

Is this because there are two options available in ooRexx 4, the first for 
using DIRECT_EXITS and
the latter for using DIRECT_ENVIRONMENTS?

If so, would it be o.k. to use the DIRECT_EXITS version or is it preferable to 
use the
DIRECT_ENVIRONMENTS one?
