The doc looks really good. Only one thing I'd suggest, and that is that the "body text" might be better in a serifed font. In my IBM career, I spent a short time in OP, and their received wisdom was that a serifed font is 10% easier to read than a sans-serif one. Personally, I agree, but that might just be me...
