Mark - I will commit what I have done so far later this morning. Here is what is left for finishing.
2. All the edits are done except finishing the conversion of <link> tage to <xref> tags. About 1/3 of the files are converted. Take a look at how I am doing the conversion and you will see that ir requires a LOT of hand editing. I tried to write a program to do it but I could not get it to work without it creating more problems than it solved. 2. Fix any tag problems introduced by the edits. The first pass of the "make pdf" command is really good at exposing these errors. 3. Make sure all the graphics got included in the doc. There will be an obscure warning in the output that complains about a missing graphics file so you may need to pipe the output to a file so you can check for this. Once you get a clean "make pdf" and "Make html" you are done. Thanks for finishing this. I will move on to the next document.
