How do I get emphasis of bold and italic? This is mentioned and exemplified
in the Preface under "Typographic Conventions", but I can't find the .xml
file (Common_Content/Conventions.xml) for that section. Can anyone give me a
pointer to it please?
I tried
<emphasis role="bold"><emphasis role="italic">CustomerModel
BA0314</emphasis></emphasis>
but this just gave bold.
Googling "docbook bold italic" gave

which said to use:
<emphasis role="bold-italic">bold and italic text</emphasis>
But it also said I'd need
> <xsl:template match="emphasis[@role='bold-italic']">
> <fo:inline font-weight="bold" font-style="italic">
> <xsl:apply-templates/>
> </fo:inline>
> </xsl:template>
in my "customisation layer".
