Updated beta of BSF4ooRexx available:

is the latest refresh of the current beta of BSF4ooRexx, which includes:
* some bug fixes,
* supports the latest ooRexx 4.1.3 (which breaks older installation packages)
* creates a log file "BSF4ooRexx.log" in the user's home directory for
inspection and analysis in
case something does not work out,
* locates all versions of openoffice and libreoffice on Linux systems if
installed to /opt
(otherwise the installed OOo/LO is sought and if found used for adding the
ooRexx support to it)
