How about creating a link on the desktop that links to the ooRexx menu folder?
Opening it depicts all the ooRexx menu entries including the documentation
subfolder and the like. One could add links to Internet resources as Mike
suggested and more. If the user does not want that folder link on the desktop
he can delete it.
