Like with most svn commands, you can also request information for a single
file, so
svn ooRexx\base\class\Directory.testgroup
will give you the log information for that file. Although I suspect you
might prefer to use the sourceforge code browser.

If you click on the icon labeled History on the bar above the file, you can
see entire commit history for the file and also look at what changed with
each individual commit.
