Because your loop is not valid.  The assignment

d=r[c]

Is undetermined for relations.  You are picking up the same (undetermined)
value every time the index is c1.  The value just happens to be the
associated with c4 each time.  To get the index/value pairings, you'll need
to use a supplier

s = r~supplier
