I still have no idea what you are asking for, but if you want ooRexx to be
a full Windows managed code language, it would really require a rewrite of
the interpreter that might not end up be fully compatible with existing
extensions. The resulting interpreter would be a Windows-only thing,
something I have no interest in writing.
