Hi All, This list is primarily for developers of ooRexx. For them to communicate with each other and interested parties about matters concerning the development of ooRexx. Hence the name.
At one extreme, I would hate it to become so unfriendly that an occasional off-topic post is never to be enjoyed. At the other extreme, I would not like it to become a catch-all for things people who feel related to rexx in one way or another might feel like talking about. So, if Walter's enquiry becomes Rexx related (at the moment it seems to be about mySql), then the rexxLa <http://www.rexxla.org/forum.html> list or the ooRexx users list <http://sourceforge.net/p/oorexx/mailman/oorexx-users/> would be the appropriate place for it to go. If it eventually becomes a matter of considering changes to ooRexx to allow easier integration with mySql then he might bring the conversation here. Please don't encourage him to lower the signal to noise ratio of this list which is a vital lifeline for the ooRexx developers.
