Any other suggestions? > We have never worried about being able to build the docs on Windows because the tools always seemed to lag behind. Since the doc build artifacts are not tied to any particular platform, it was sufficient to just be able to build on one system then include the docs in the various installation packages. David's build machine was used for that purpose. I also used to have a doc build virtual machine that I could use if a wished to build locally.
