It would sometimes be convenient to have test cases that are known to fail
with the current interpreter build, but as not to clutter the output of a
typical test run with many known failures, theses would only show up when
run with an elevated verbosity level.
It seems that our ooTest framework might already support such or a similar)
concept, as it contains references to "knownFails". Does anyone know,
what's needed to make "knownFails" work with our ooTest framework?
