Rony, one of René's netrexx.org/jenkins slaves does automatic macOS builds
The slave successfully uses the standard build procedure:
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
make
make install
It doesn't yet generate package files (which we could upload to our
Sourceforge files section) though
I believe only René can help here
