rexxpg.pdf states in "8.16.170. Terminate": "Terminates the current Rexx 
interpreter instance.
Terminate() may only be called from the thread context that originally created 
the interpreter
instance. This call will wait for all threads to complete processing before 
returning."

  * Question 1: Why is it necessary to call Terminate() in the thread that 
created it?

  * Question 2: Once Terminate() was invoked and returns, is it allowed to use 
that Rexx instance
    afterwards? (Currently it is possible to do so.)
