I've been experimenting with the ooRexx Native API and have run across a
problem. I have created a native routine which runs successfully. I
now want to have that native routine create another interpreter instance
with options. However, the RexxCreateInterpreter() function returns
1002, not 1 or 0 as the Programmer's Guide says. I'm guessing that I
cannot do what I'm attempting but I'd like to understand why not. Thanks!
