CreateInterpreter() runs into a segmentation fault if there is no
environment. Seems to be when for primitiveSearchName(BASEIMAGE,..)
getenv("PATH") returns NULL.
We had no environment in spawned commands because I thought if the
appropriate arg was set to NULL, inheriting the parent's environment would
be default. I committed a change that supplies the parent environment
string array.
