Builds no major warning.
rxapi started as service on startup.
All tests in test suite pass.
Remove rxapi on start up.
test suite Segmentation Fault (core dumped)
start rxapi as root.
All tests in test suite pass.
Could not rxapi as normal user. (Have not read docs or looked at new
code yet.)
