There is still documentation work that needs to be done, including doing a very thorough review of the docs. There are still tests that need to be written, and I'm working on a restructuring of rexxutil that is cleaning up a lot of potential problems in that code. Also, with changes for rxapi, this really needs a longer beta-test to make sure we've not overlooked any major issues. It will be released when it is ready, and not one second before.
