In the meantime Ubuntu has a new 32-bit LTS version 18.04, so support by Ubuntu
got extended by years.

Given all the feedback, it seems we should explicitly support 32-bit Linux for
the years to come.

In the meantime (for creating a new version of BSF4ooRexx for 32-bit and
64-bit) I got a need to
locate a 32-bit Linux and ended up in saving me the efforts by using a
VirtualBox image from
<https://www.osboxes.org/ubuntu/>.

Found a 32-bit 16.04 version for which I installed (sudo apt install) the
packages:

  * svn
  * git
  * cmake
  * rpm

Could create a 32-bit Linux version and deb and rpm installation packages from
it without any hazzles!

Using the Ubuntu update I was able to upgrade the image to 18.04 in the
meantime. Entering
"lbs_release -d" now yields: "Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS".
