... cut ... In the meantime Ubuntu has a new 32-bit LTS version 18.04, so support by Ubuntu got extended by years. Given all the feedback, it seems we should explicitly support 32-bit Linux for the years to come. In the meantime (for creating a new version of BSF4ooRexx for 32-bit and 64-bit) I got a need to locate a 32-bit Linux and ended up in saving me the efforts by using a VirtualBox image from <https://www.osboxes.org/ubuntu/>. Found a 32-bit 16.04 version for which I installed (sudo apt install) the packages: * svn * git * cmake * rpm Could create a 32-bit Linux version and deb and rpm installation packages from it without any hazzles! Using the Ubuntu update I was able to upgrade the image to 18.04 in the meantime. Entering "lbs_release -d" now yields: "Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS". ---rony
