O.K., weekend, hence having a bit of time, created a debug version of ooRexx (32-bit, r12286).
With the debug version I do not get the crash, with the non-debug version the crash occurs (with the same setup, i.e. same version of Java, same bitness and same ooRexx versions). So not sure what the cause is. ---rony P.S.: As I used a personal release build of r12286 I double checked against the official beta version of r12286 as well.
