Changed the readme.txt (has pointers to the rexxapi.pdf chapters, explains the effects of demonstrating the use of the the different RexxPackageEntry constants) and the examples to demonstrate the REXX_CURRENT_INTERPRETER_VERSION, the REXX_INTERPRETER_5_0_0 and REXX_INTERPRETER_4_0_0 constants.
