As no one objected and P.O. agreed, I will remove the current list of authors from the front page
(it remains on the inside of the books) for this release (and then from trunk).

Currently the ooRexx documentation has an author list at the front page and
the same author list on the second page. How about removing the list of authors
from the front page as that does not really look too professional (but keep the
author list on the second page)?
