Well, I figured the ones I opened should be closed by me so I did. I
also did RFE 4 since I was heavily involved in making that happen. I
did them manually but as there are so many others remaining perhaps we
should look at automating the process.
Re the items with TODO's: I have edited the CHANGES file to just list
the 36 bugs/RFEs in that category. Since they are listed as in this
release, I believe we need to systematically work through them to get
them to "closed" status. I think we can leave them as "accepted" for
now. My list is attached.
