Do you mean modRexx for apache httpd? If so, that's on me. I know
that the build doc is sadly lacking, I'll put some work into it this
month. May I draft you as guinea pig/tester?

I would like to use it, but can't figure out how to install it
correctly.

TAF: Yes, you may, and with pleasure!
There are a number of things that I would love to do with Rexx as a
server "support" language, but have never been able to get modRexx
installed under Ubuntu Linux / Apache 2 where it would function
correctly. My environment is now Linux Mint 21, but since that is based
upon UBUNTU I should be able to test both areas.... Have never done
anything in the RedHat or Suse
versions of LINUX, and I believe that is where modRexx was originally
developed.
I am retired, and have been for almost 20 years, but I still do some
programming and web design for family and friends. My primary desktop
and development environment is Linux based, but I also have several
windows machines available for use. As a sideline, from 1983 to about
2005, I used to run an Advanced Computer Programming Explorer Post, but
that closed down around 2005 when the Sponsoring Company (my previous
Employer) sold the building where the Explorer Post had a dedicated
classroom / computer lab, with a functional set of Internet connected
Servers.
Maybe my difficulties with modRexx was because my background is mostly
mainframe based, and only learned enough (via Self Education) about
Linux and Windows internals (and networking in general) to keep my
environment(s) working.
One of the things that I have become painfully aware of over the years
is that under Linux, each distribution tends to follow a slightly
different set of rules for placement of modules, and standard "library"
usage, so maybe that has been one of the primary "root causes" for my
not being able to make modRexx to work correctly...
So yes, "TAF", I would be more than glad to assist...
