It was not enough to upload again, Jenkins is caching the files in some weird 
place and prefer the older files over newer ones. I have manually uploaded all 
Windows versions (normal and portable) for revision 12722. It should report a 
build date of 25 August 2023.

With the next commit this will work automatically.
