O.K. found the (rookie) error: although defined in TraceObjectClass.hpp it did not get implemented
and initialized in TraceObjectClass.cpp. :(
Still hitting problems later on that probably have to do with my manual editing and doing something
wrong somewhere, so starting out with a pristine copy and for the experimentation and exploring
phase implementing TraceObject in rexx.img.
