Will create a debug version of ooRexx with my version of the MS compiler and rerun the testsuite to 
see whether that makes a difference (used Open Object Rexx Version 5.1.0 r12787, Build date: Feb 12 
2024 from SourceForge with a privately built version of the testbinaries).
