Some examples:

/usr/bin/curl -L --insecure
https://sourceforge.net/projects/oorexx/files/oorexx-docs/5.1.0beta/rexxref.pdf
> oorexxDocs/rexxref.pdf

wget --no-check-certificate --no-verbose --timestamping --no-if-modified-since
https://sourceforge.net/projects/oorexx/files/oorexx-docs/5.1.0beta/rexxref.pdf
> rexxref.pdf

To get all in one go use one of the following

ooRexx-5.1.0beta-pdf.zip
ooRexx-5.1.0beta-html.zip
ooRexx-5.1.0beta-all.zip

I use cURL a lot to get things of a database API, here is an example that you
can modify or take inspiration from.

  _Pre = 'curl -X GET --header "Authorization: Bearer'
  _Mid  = '"
"https://ops.epo.org/3.2/rest-services/published-data/publication/epodoc/'
  _Post = '/biblio"'

  _cURL = _Pre _token || _Mid || _input || _Post

  ADDRESS 'path' _cURL '--silent --include --output' OPSfile

Hope it helps to get you going.
