I'd like to have RxSock for Linux (Debian and Ubuntu specifically if that matters).  I can find version 1.4 on SF in source form. Is this available in compiled form anywhere?

If not, I can build from source, but the files were last updated in 2004 and there have been many incompatible changes in the ooRexx api since then.

Does anyone have a cookbook for upgrading code from earlier eras to the current one?  I'm looking for things like:

what to use in place of long, ulong, PFH, PSZ, PUCHAR, CHAR

&c &c
