I think you should change the name
net-oo-rexx.ubuntu2404.x86_64-portable-release-20250503.zip
to
net-oo-rexx.linux.x86_64-portable-release-20250503.zip
Ubuntu is not the only Linux in the world, contrary to popular
"wisdom". :-)
