Dear All,

The machine used to build Windows natively crashed some time ago and I had to
reinstall it. At the same time I moved from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and
reinstalled all (I think) needed tools for the build process.

When starting to build all looks fine but for some reason the NMAKE can not
find its build files, here an excerpt for Win 32, the same problem occurs on
W64 as well.

-- Building NSIS template oorexx-5.2.0-13016.windows.x86_64.nsi

-- Generating done (0.8s)

I have never seen any difference between W10 and W11 when building on VMs so I
am kind of lost here (not a Windows user really)

Someone with Win knowledge will need to have a look at what is missing

Once that is working I will try to put back the VMs for W7/W8/W10 (and W11)

Hälsningar/Regards/Grüsse,
