I believe I may have found an error in the railroad diagram for the
RAISE keyword. I tried coding
raisesyntax40.900additional "blah blah"
but I got an error. When I enclose the literal string in parentheses,
it is accepted. Note that the ARRAY keyword, which is what I normally
use, specifies that the parentheses are required.
If this is correct, I will open a documentation bug report.
