I looked into this. It looks like we messed up on this one. We recently
converted a bunch of images to pdf format and we did not fix up the
makefile to pick those images up when we zipped up the html docs. I am
fixing this in the SVN trunk for the next release.
In the meantime you can download the pdf version of the docs. All the
images are included in that version.
