First, many thanks for your patience. I'd be grateful if you could validate
the following. 
 
(1) Most of the dialogs in the sample application will be RcDialogs or
ResDialogs (although I'd like one UserDialog for illustration). 
(2) For the RcDialogs and ResDialogs, I want to use symbolic IDs (although I
might use numeric IDs for one dialog again for illustration). (3) This means
I have to use the GlobalConstDir for all Rc and Res dialogs (aside from the
one that uses numeric IDs). 
(4) This in turn means that, to avoid clashes, I need a naming scheme for
the symbolic IDs so that there are no duplications among the various dialogs
within the application. 
 
Does this make sense?
