The execute method of the dialog object (section 3.10.3) says that the
second parameter is the "resource ID of the dialog's icon".
However, I cannot immediately get this to work (with a ResDialog). My icon
does not appear - instead, it's the default icon.
Is there available a sample of a ResDialog (or even a UserDialog) that uses
this function ? I did check the samples folder (hope I didn't miss it!).
