Yeah, that's right Oliver.  The exact display is probably dependent on the
system setting.  On some systems, maybe it will be 06/22/2011.  People can
customize their time and date displays in the Control Panel under Region
and Languages.

Maybe add text to say (e.g.), "The precise format of time and date for
SHORT and TIME will depend on the locale. The formats shown above are true
for the USA."

What I put down is what the Microsoft documentation says it is going to be
for those styles.  I thought I had a blanket statement in the first chapter
saying that things vary between different versions of Windows and different
regions, but I can't find it now.

There should be a general statement that things vary, descriptions in most
places are what Microsoft says about it, your mileage may vary.  ;-)
