A new pre-built package of ooSQLite is uploaded to SourceForge. It is at
svn revision 7963.

Below the file list, SourceForge displays the release notes file. About
half-way down the display are the cumulative release notes. The cumulative
notes list the changes between packages.
The ooSQLite reference manual is started and is included in the package
under the docs directory. A stand alone version of the reference manual is
included in the downloadable file section for someone that would like to
just take a look at the reference.
I plan on updating the package on SourceForge as major changes are made.
