There is no documentation on how to build .rc files in ooDialog, nor
will there ever be.  ;-)  The specifics of the RC file format are
documented by Microsoft.  You can find the online doc using this
search term in Google:

windows Resource-Definition Statements MSDN

That being said, there shouldn't be any need for you to build a
specific dialog control statement in your RC file.  Either you are not
using ooDialog 4.2.0, or it is a bug in ooDialog's parsing of the RC
file.

If you are using ooDialog 4.2.0 you can either open up a bug and
attach your RC file and a simple program that uses the RC file, or you
can send those files directly to me.  Just use miesfeld at gmail.com
to send the files to me.

Right now, this instant, I'm not sure that our bug tracker system is
usable.  We are switching over the format of the project on
SourceForge.  Normally I'd post an URL that would take you to the bug
tracker page.  But, you can always send me the files to look at.
