This behavior is controlled by the operating system. ooDialog doesn't do
anything to alter what the controls do, other than set the style you
requested.
There could always be the possibility of a bug in ooDialog where the style
you requested did not get set. But, in this case if you click on the
dialog or menu and the selection is kept, I would say there is probably not
a bug.
My understanding of that style is that the selection should be kept if you
click on the tree-view. I've noticed in Windows 7 that the selected color
of the list-view turns a very light shade, with that style, when you set
the focus to another control. Is that perhaps it?
