Nice idea, could probably be automated to a large extent. Thinking about
it, any of the two could PROBABLY be more or less automated because the
diagrams follow a definite pattern. In what format is the source to the
documentation stored? SVN controlled? One file per chapter, section,
page,...? I believe I saw something recently about it being changed from
one mark-up language to another?
