Maybe it would help the person who installs ooRexx in such a case if the popup 
message window would
explicitly show the path to add manually?

Reason: people usually do not realize that there are two different 
"ProgramFiles" on a 64-bit
Windows system, one for 64 and one for 32 bit programs.
