I know the behavior you are talking about, but I'm not sure exactly how it
is done either. I suspect it is done with regular windows rather than
dialogs. It might also be done through Windows Forms or some technology
other than the common control library.

I suspect it may not be possible to do with the current ooDialog. You
might be able to get something close using resizable ControlDialog dialogs
and the Mouse class. Because of the appearance of a sizing border it is
not likely to look exactly the same, but it might be doable.
